Come to Spring House the first weekend of December end of year retreat to relax and contemplate.
Participants are encouraged to engage in the practice of some structured contemplative reflections through the arts, connecting to nature, and meditative writing. We will get in touch as a group with what has positively motivated and inspired us over the year, and how to strengthen those in the coming year. What are your heartfelt aspirations and how do you reconnect with them in ways that are helpful and non-judgmental ? Engaging in the practice of meditation and yoga help us develop both the positivity and concentration which allow realistic ‘resolutions’ to make themselves known as we end and enter the new year.
