In this workshop we will explore how to balance digestion through food, movement and the mind. We’ll hit the kitchen and experiment with fermented condiments and vegetable dosas for lunch, probiotic drinks and herbal bitters as we digest, and coconut yogurt dressed falafel and quick pickled salad for dinner. Recipes and cultures will be available to take home. In between meals we’ll encourage digestion with walks, movement, conversation and meditation. This day-long experience will launch you into thinking about how we eat and move and will connect you to your second brain in ways you never imagined!
