This is our first Monthly CSA class. We’ll be meeting 6 different herbs as part of the share and exploring different ways to incorporate these nutritive herbs into daily life through diet. We’ll explore fermentation, soups and infused vinegars. This class runs from 2-3:30 pm. This will be the last day to join the Monthly CSA. Students who do not wish to join the CSA but want to take this class are welcome to join for $10. To receive this classes’ herb share please bring $25.

Bio : Elizabeth, Health Lifestyle Coach of Gaia Principle Health Coaching, designs workshops and coaching programs for patients of naturopathic and osteopathic doctors, and clients of herbal medicine practitioners. GPH programs help new patients better integrate these healing modalities into their lives. She is the President of the American Herbalists Guild Washington DC Metro Chapter. Elizabeth studied health and wellness coaching at Institute for Integrative Nutrition and continues studies in Nutritional Herbalism at The Living Centre of London, Ontario. Her services offered via Skype or in person.
