Tapping into the Creative Subconscious with Ashley Hoffman [ONLINE]

February 1, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Tapping into the Creative Subconscious
Over the course of two weeks, participants will engage in intentional creative cultivation.

You don’t have to be an artist to think creatively. The creative process moves through 3 stages; preparation, incubation and inspiration. We start the process when we engage in active mindfulness to observe our thoughts and emotions without attachment. Over time, our subconscious is drawn to and makes associations between particular thoughts, imagery, color, texture, shape, themes and language. This process culminates in the expression of the subconscious data to conscious manifestation.

Over the course of two weeks, participants will engage in intentional creative cultivation. On day one we will meet and discuss the creative process and participate in a guided movement meditation. Participants will then receive prompts to engage in over the next week. On day 8, we will check in, share our experiences and declare what our creative subconscious is calling us to work on. On day 14, we share our manifestations.

Meet up Dates:

January 16th from 10am-11am – Introduction & Preperation

January 23rd from 10am-noon – Incubation & Inspiration

January 26th from 10am-noon – Sharing our Manifestations

This class will be held on Zoom, all registrants will receive a recording after class.
