Cost: $65 per person and $115 for two
Join us at the farm for a wonderful gastronomical experience – tour of the gardens, share a chat with our senior gardener, and then to the kitchen with Debbie for informative cooking fun! Enjoy a communal meal in a beautiful setting – all while learning about food and health.
We serve an aperitif and guests are welcome to bring their own wines, beer, and ciders.
Overnight stays are available for you in our farm houses, but it is a first come, first served basis.
Sign up as an individual, couple, or group. Depending on availability, we can put a program together for a group of 10-15 people on different dates.
Debbie Amsteris a holistic health coach, cooking teacher, and personal chef. Debbie is a dedicated foodie with a passion for teaching others the benefits of cooking whole foods. Debbie trained with Hale Sofia Schatz, international nutrition educator and author of If the Buddha Came to Dinner: How to Nourish Your Body to Awaken Your Spirit. Debbie is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NY. She has worked in the field of social work for over 30 years and finds that she can have the greatest impact on her client’s well being by helping them to eat better. She encourages her clients to cultivate a deep understanding of nutrition as the synthesis of all the ways in which we are fed – physically, emotionally and spiritually. In her practice, Nourishing Possibilities, she works with individuals and groups to help them discover the tools needed for a lifetime of balance.
