COVID Protocol

  1. Please do not come to class if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to people in your life who are sick. Please contact so we can discuss how to handle your absence.
  2. Masks are optional during outdoor events. We will maintain 6 feet social distance at all times. If you are not vaccinated, we request that you please wear a mask during outdoor events. Everyone is required to wear masks indoors, this includes our barn and dairy parlor.
  3. Before and after class, Fox Haven will sanitize any surfaces used. Hand Sanitizer will be available during class, and sanitizing/hand washing will be encouraged before class and after breaks, before preparing plants and tastings.
  4. When we have tastings, we will spread out to the best of our ability. Maintaining at least 6 feet apart is required.

**On Nov. 26, Fox Haven will open registration for the 2022 Foraging Level 1 & 2 programs. Participants meet once a month, and each class focuses on a new herb or wild edible that’s in season. These classes are in high demand and tend to fill quickly. Click here to join our waitlist if you would like to be the first to know when tickets go live!

Come learn how to spin wool yarn at the Farm! This class is meant for complete beginners and we will provide all the materials you need to get started as a beginner spinner including local wool and a thigh spindle. Natalie will teach you how to make a two-ply yarn on your thigh and how to make a single-ply yarn with a basic supported spindle. After you learn the basics of spinning, spend some time with the group and get some practice under your belt! While you spin Natalie will offer you some fun facts about Fiber culture and show you what other tools you can get to further your journey in Fiberways.
