Meet Your Guides

Flavia is a coach, consultant, mom, lover of nature, and yoga teacher. She is in her power and on purpose when she is creating generative spaces and containers for people to reset and reconnect with themselves and in community. She is a long-time meditator and became a yoga teacher in 2021. Her yoga classes can be described as spiritual and joyful. With love and gratitude, Flavia welcomes you to dive deeper to learn more about yourself and remember your connection to all living things.

Scott finds joy in encouraging people to explore and strengthen their relationship with the natural world, which is a connection that has been broken or damaged for so many of us. His lifelong love of nature, passion for outdoor movement, and appreciation for the healing properties of natural environments have led him to become a Shinrin-yoku forest guide. This contemplative practice considers our health, purpose, and well-being directly related to the strength and reciprocity of our relationships with nature. As a health coach, he works with the healing properties of nature to help people make lasting positive changes in their lives, encouraging us to move, play, be curious, be quiet, and connect

Bri is a holistic wellness coach on a mission to empower the community through energy work, sound, and movement. Her goal is to offer holistic alternatives to help manage your everyday stress.
