This half-day retreat is designed to awaken your senses, nurture your dreams, and connect you deeply with the rhythms of nature. Through mindful movement, dream exploration, and intentional self-care, we’ll journey together in a space of healing, creativity, and community.
What to Expect:
Grounding Mugwort Tea Ceremony: Begin with a calming experience that unites you with the land and our circle. Sip warm mugwort tea and share your intentions as we set the tone for a day of mindful exploration.
Mindful Movement Practice: A rejuvenating routine designed to release tension, reset energy, and gently warm the body, especially helpful during the winter months.
Delicious Vegan Brunch: Savor a nourishing, community-prepared feast featuring coconut quinoa porridge with an array of toppings, fresh fruit, or vegetables.
Dream Work & Mugwort Magic: Learn about the dream-enhancing properties of mugwort and engage in dream incubation. Set an intention for your night’s sleep through a guided journaling practice, opening the door to deeper self-discovery.
Mugwort Incense Making: End the day by crafting your own mugwort incense, a tangible reminder to carry the benefits of this experience into your daily life.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else you’d like to make yourself comfortable. A journal is highly recommended, however paper will also be provided.
Please Note: Mugwort is not suitable for use during pregnancy.
